Not following these measures will not be considered. Requests received later than 22 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. There is a period of 15 days for UAT, in which the customer can cancel the subscription and get the refund initiated. Incase these days are passed, thereafter no refund shall be provided. Post the refund period, the AMC comes into the picture, incase paid by the customer. In AMC period of the complete year or service subscription, the software glitches and feasible customization can be provided, which should be useful to other industries as well. The hardware’s that are supplied with the software are declared as separate entity, and hence, incase any performance issue happens with the hardware, Pradita Technosoft is not responsible. The client has to take care of it, themselves. It can be done by visiting the service center for the device or, accordingly. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
